Not only real estate business entities have interest for  the market trends in Columbus, home buyers and sellers along with private real estate investors, share the scrutiny. I have a compassion for my work and daily look for the signs of the trends that may affect my clients; I even have a friend that is sort of a hobbyist, identifying the different movements in the urban and suburban housing markets of Columbus!
